    there is a difference between PK and FR
    In PK you must move as fast as you can,using obstacles but no time for delay.

    in FR,you go from one spot to another,but in a flashy or cool looking way.

    calm down, i never called you names or bashed you. I’m not an “idiot” either because they are not the same thing. Parkour is the efficient way of moving from point A to point B, Free running is a style version of parkour that adds flips and twists, and other acrobatic movements that are not really efficient Maybe you should educate your self before arguing with some one that is very dedicated to what they do..
